SHIPPING POLICY

Please understand that from time to time there will be shipping delays domestically and internationally that will be outside our control. Once your package has been handed over to our shipping company, it is out of our hands.

All orders are despatched within 2 - 5 business days after purchase, this excludes Saturdays and Sundays. Once your order is collected from us by our shipping company, domestic orders around New Zealand typically arrive between 2 - 5 days. International orders can take up to 10 days may be longer during busy seasons. 

RETURN POLICY

Taylah Made Doormats does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, since every item is customised at time of purchase. If an item breaks or damaged in shipment, we will be happy to replace it.

PLEASE NOTE: Every order will have a tracking number for your convenience, any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving. When submitting a request for a replacement, you MUST have photos of the item and packaging. Please retain the packaging as proof of damage for our courier service to collect.
